• José Pujol founded the company in Le Perthus, a key border crossing at a time when barriers defined trade.

• The company emerged as a trusted partner at the border, facilitating post-war commerce.

• Elena and Agustín Verdaguer led steady growth built on proximity and trust.

• The business expanded into customs and rail services.

EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

• With Spain’s entry into the European Community, the Saint-Charles (Perpignan) operational base was established.
• The company evolved from a customs broker into a full-service logistics operator.
